Fidelity has enhanced Fidelity.com to help enable clients to have convenient access, virtually 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to:

• Account aggregation so clients can view all their account balances, holdings and transactions, including those you oversee
• Investor alerts about account transactions and balances
• Online delivery of account statements and trade confirmations to help save time and stay organized


Electronic Delivery of Non-Fidelity Fund proxies and prospectuses

In order to suppress Non Fidelity mutual fund and equity proxies and prospectuses, clients must register via one of two external sites, www.proxyvote.com and www.investordelivery.com. Investors who have received a proxy should go to www.proxyvote.com while investors who have received a prospectus should go to www.investordelivery.com. You will need to supply a number from the proxy or prospectus that you have received in order to complete this enrollment.
