Unified Managed Accounts (UMA)

Think of it as a blank slate.

A UMA gives us the ability to organize a plethora of investment options and products into one account, with one statement, and one purpose: to simplify your investments.

Unified Managed Accounts combine the benefits and attributes of separately managed accounts and traditional mutual fund wrap programs. Using UMAs, we can implement a robust asset allocation, with embedded services such as rebalancing and portfolio customization, in a single account with one registration and one 1099 statement. The simplicity of the UMA platform provides us with the opportunity to manage client assets with a significant reduction in paperwork and administrative complexity. The UMA trading platform is used for all client portfolios whether the account employs one strategy or numerous. We have the ability to block trade derivatives, equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and ETFs across multiple accounts and multiple custodians simultaneously. Shares of hedge funds and other types of LP structures can often be held within the same account registration without negatively affecting trading and rebalancing of other securities.
